I have moved my blog over to here
do pop by the kettles always on *smiles*

I've been doing a little tidying up of my photos on flickr and realised that its my third anniversary of having my plot this August. I received the keys in July but as we were going away on holiday it was August before i first managed to get down there armed with a strimmer to strim down the couch grass ready for digging the roots out.. I remember thinking it would only take a couple of months to turn over the front.. I was still turning it over and removing the roots the following August..lol

Here's a little mosaic of some of the veggies I've grown over the three years..

Didn't she do well *smiles*

Almost there.. Just two more rows then cast off

I used Noro Tubu on 15mm needles..

How i hate large needles.! I can never get comfortable knitting with them. The only good point is that the knitting grows quickly saving my poor little digits and wrists from too much strain.

This was super quick to knit it only took around 4/5 hours over a couple of days while watching a film and will come in handy when I need to go to the allotment over the winter.

The pattern can be found on Ravelry “My so called scarf”
